So I am genuinely sad about this folks,
I am a nice guy. On father's day I lament the chemical and surgical neutering that my cancer caused me. For weeks after my surgery I dreamed of a little kid who looked like me chucking knives at my groin asking me "Why?". The closest I have ever come to a kid is my cat. This day always kind of gets me down.

Net Neutrality or Net Neutering?
Mediacom....
That is my ISP and they are a bunch of jerks! I get great speeds, good download time but the call center they route me to, Might as well be filled with dickwick apes. Seriously tier ones they have maning the lines are just horribly trained and worse, In order to save money these companies use Voip's and the centers are in India.
Now I do not hold dear Habib any ill will cause he as three degrees and needs to work. Though I had to call HP once for tech support and the phone jockey was reading off a script I wrote for debugging and repair, She asked me how did I know the script and I gave her my old tech number. She got real nervous and all of the sudden my quality of support improved.
But yeah India is a decent place, If I was going to live anywhere out of the Western world it would be there. Friendly folks, AMAZING food, good beer.
But onto my rant...
Mediacom is now offering a tiered service package and bandwith caps. Bandwith caps.. like with phones. I am amazed that there aren't riots over this. More then that the FCC is okay with this? Why isn't broadband considered a utility? Tax dollars go to build the infrastructure and power that help the computers in question handle this pipeline!
When I pay for speeds I don't get does that mean I can get a bill deduction? When I asked that very question, I was told that in the ToS it says speeds up to in small letters. But they are better then clearwire. Those iceholes told me that online gameplay was against their TOS. Did not stop me from playing WoW.
But ramble ramble ramble.
